Tadashi Fuse frickin’ kills it. This year, he spent most of the season riding the Whistler backcountry… on his own.

To venture out into the backcountry with a lone filmer (Taro Koeji) and find, build and hit jumps on your own, takes some serious dedication and mental power. And his riding speaks loud and clear for that dedication – big, powerful hits off cornices, down pillow lines and off massive backcountry booters.

Tadashi would set out before all of the other crews posted in Whistler and hike into zones far past the reaches possible with a sled. Remarkable stuff from the pint-sized japanese power house.
