There are no pro snowboarders in this latest episode of Tailgate Alaska, instead we get a digital snapshot of what it’s like to spend a week camping out in Alaska with like minded people and all the facilities you need to have a killer time out there.

2015 marks the eight edition of Tailgate Alaska, the event is the annual pilgrimage of dedicated recreational riders, professional athletes and the industry to ride the world’s best mountains and deepest snow on the planet. Dates are 3-12 April 2015 at Thompson Pass, Alaska.

Tailgate Alaska offers multiple on-site rescue teams and free daily snow science classes, nightly seminars given by industry veterans and snow safety experts, who share their experience with participants of the event.
