If it wasn't for Signal, we'd never know when the third thursday of the month is gracing us with its presence, so first of all: thanks for that!
For opening day at Mammoth, the maniacs at Signal tried to think of something truly opening-day-worthy and came up with the idea to build an insanely long snowboard. 304 cm long to be exact. And then actually go ride it too. Believe us, when we say that this one was so much fun to watch.
Signal rider Ian Thorley is the lucky fella who took this baby out for a ride and did so as if he's never done anything else in his whole entire life, it's redonkulous to watch.
(also wait until the end, when they turn it into a tandem snowboard. bff-alert!)
And just as grandma used to say:
IF YOU WANT A REALLY LONG WINTER, YOU MUST RIDE A REALLY LONG BOARD ON THE OPENING DAY.
Editors note: we just realised it's friday already. Well, what can you do..
