BURTON PRESENTS: Jeremy Jones & Mikkel Bang Full Part

Burton have released the second part of their new team movie ‘Burton Presents’, starring long-running Burton bosses Jeremy Jones and Mikkel Bang.

Mikkel Bang is arguably one of the most stylish snowboarders ever, and his part kicks off with some soulful greybird ripping in the trees before stepping up a notch in the BC backcountry with some huge powder kickers, serious stepdowns and one heavy straight-line.

Look out for a massive switch backside 9 stomped to perfection and a switch backside 5 nosegrab ender that had us collectively weeping with joy. That extra little poke right before he lands? Sublime.

Next up is Jeremy Jones, and the fact that he’s still riding as hard as he is and hitting such high consequence features aged 38 is pretty hard to believe actually. With more heavy-hitting parts released over the last two decades than we’ve had hot dinners, Jeremy knows what it takes to get it done in the streets.

His part here is one of his strongest in recent years, combining his signature wallride variations with creativity and some truly knee-shattering spots. The creeper ledge to drop at the 10.46 mark is an ACL blower if we’ve ever seen one and there are so many things that could have gone wrong with that hit. Other highlights include the one-footed frontside 360 step up, a big gap to ledge and a full loop 50-50.

At almost 13 minutes in length this one requires a little more attention than your average snowboard edit but with two of the best in the game doing their thing, it’s well worth the time investment.
