Here’s a tease for Sölden’s infamous end of season monster booter session, and although it’s moved glaciers, it’s looking as chunky as ever.
The Sölden end of season jump session has gone down for the last few seasons, with film crews like the Pirates assembling to huck their stuff off its lofty lip. This year it’s looking as crisp and gargantuan as ever and we’ll be keeping a look out for more footage from it.
You may have seen pictures of it circulating in your favorite social network – the Big Jump on the glacier in Sölden is back! Soon we will provide you with some nice action teaser clips. For now, here’s a first impression of what’s going on up there.
The QParks media crew has already had their first shooting on park design prodigy Sven Toller’s, gigantic kicker on Monday. Riders such as Alois Lindmoser, Hias Weissenbacher, Billy Morgan, Flo Galler, Jamie Trinder, Phillip Kundratitz and Clemens Millauer did not let the opportunity slide to catch some fresh air at the sunrise shooting on what most be one of the biggest jumps of the season.
Alois even pulled out a BS 1080 in the early morning hours. Right now, there are some heavy hitters on their way to Sölden: The TFA Crew with Mario Käppelli, Ethan Morgan and Flo Corzelius as well as the Zillertal based Toys’n’Boys Crew with Mario Wanger, Tom Klocker, Benny Wetscher and Werni Stock will be sending it to the moon before sending it to your home screens.
As you can see, we’re in for a truckload of breathtaking footage from the Big Jump, so stay tuned!
