Patrick McCarthy is a pretty big deal over in the USA and will be so for quite a while too. He’s well known in the Pacific Northwest for being a full on boss and shred legend who calls Mt. Baker his home spot, where he regularly sends it in the backcountry to show everyone how to get shit done.
Because professional snowboarding is what it is, there’s gonna come the point where you have to switch things up and try a different approach, which is exactly what Pat did. He’s recently went on and became 686 team manager and keeps on throwing it down together with the 686 fellas.
Watch his full part from Shredavision and take it as a reminder, that if you really want to stay in the game, there’s a way to be an OG even if you’re not quadrupling your way through the snowboarding world any more.
