Max Lyons' shifty game is on point! Check out some rail wizardry at Sugarbush from this accomplished east-coaster.

The shifty - where a rider separates the motion in their upper and lower bodies before bringing it back around, is a trick we've seen a whole bunch over the years. Mixed into spins they look really sick and Kevin Backstrom and Sven Thorgren currently have might fine versions.

Max Lyons does a whole load of them in this new edit from Sugarbush, and we don't think we've seen quite as many shifty to rail variations in one edit before.

It all poses the question: with swivels, spinning on rails and switch-ups all coming and going over the years, will shiftys onto rails become the new hype?
