Re-watch an absolute classic Tortsein Horgmo part from Standard Films' 2009 flick 'Black Winter'. It's stylish scandinavian freestyle snowboarding at its finest.

Torstein Horgmo is a very special kind of snowboarder indeed. On top of being one of the most stylish riders to ever set foot on a slopestyle course, he also straight slays it in the streets and in the backcountry.

Torstein's part in the 2009 Standard Films' 'Black Winter' was easily the standout segment of that movie, combining some incredible snowboarding with a solid Royksopp tune and an insanely sick top to bottom run shot at Park City.

After getting buried by an avalanche at the beginning of the part, Torstein proceeds to lay every single feature he hits to waste - from gnarly handrails in the streets to poppy booters in the backcountry.

It's riding like this that has really put Mr. Horgmo on the map in recent years and even if there weren't any of those weird Transformer sounds placed over the footage in 'Black Winter', we wouldn't blame you for thinking that Torstein was indeed part robot.
