Dakine have released Elias Elhardt’s full part from Pirate Movie Production’s ‘Distorted Reality’ and it’s safe to say that it’s one of our favourite parts of the year.

There’s something special about the way Elias Elhardt rides his snowboard. It’s pretty hard to pin down exactly what that something is, but we think it’s a combination of his super fluid, surfy style, his ability to send it in the backcountry and the massive grin that is permanently fixed on his face whenever he’s strapped in.

All of these things come across in his phenomenal new full part. Huge frontside 1080s executed flawlessly, bouncy, flowing hits in balls deep powder through tree runs and his now iconic frontside 180 followed by cab 180 section that earned the biggest cheer of the night at the global premiere of the movie.

Elias is a straight up boss and if this part doesn’t make you want to go snowboarding (heck, it gave us gossebumps watching it) there’s something seriously, seriously wrong with you. Watch it, press repeat.
