Mark Carter snowboards like there’s a fire in his pants: straight up like he’s burning rubber in a supermarket car park. There’s nothing quite as satisfying as watching a rider get a backcountry booter trick first time, and there’s more virgin hit successes than a High School prom in this edit.
Mark’s been flying under the radar like a stealth fighter for a while now; smooth, controlled, understated, but ready to unleash a devastating barrage at any second. He manages to plough through terrain like a backcountry powerhouse, but with his own type of flair on wedges and booters.
Mark’s just been signed up to ride Arbor Collective Snowboards, and it’s a hell of a signing. With a backyard like the Teton Mountain Range in Wyoming, it’s easy to see how his riding style has been influenced by the terrain around him.
