Oh boy! Do we have a special treat for you today, you lucky, lucky internet snowboarders. One of the best from the late 2000’s in the form of Nice Try from People Films.
Take a look at Zac Marben opening things up and pushing the envelope in the streets, Robbie Walker and Wille Yli-Luoma going deep in the backcountry, Jon Kooley with a horrible rail slam at the start of his hammer filled part and Will Tuddenham cursing his brains out while smashing urban spots to pieces. All this before Bryan Fox, Curtis Ceszeck, Louie Fountain, Jonas Carlson and Josh Mills get unleashed in a joint part that will blow you away with how much sickness is involved. We’re talking huge, steep lines, cat track gap jumps, heavy slams, burning sleds and pow slashes galore right here.
If that multi shredder part somehow doesn’t get you frothing, Shaun McKay should as he lays down the gospel on how to initiate the perfect pow slash and Max Baillargeon messes around with axes on rails. Follow that up with Snowboarder Mag’s Rookie of the Year Lucas Debari with one of his break out parts, and Transworld’s Rookie of the Year Eiki Helgason kicking off a pro career that is still going strong and you’ve got one hell of a movie to enjoy.
Not to mention Seth Huot has a ridiculously solid ender, which proves why he always was and will be one of the most bad ass all round snowboarders to grace the big screen. #tbt just got owned again.
