Apart from being subjected to the worst joke of all time by Editor in Chief Tom Copsey (“They should do one focussing on a kid from Western Switzerland leaving home and riding the world – call it life beyond Wallis.”), the sanctity of watching Xavier De Le Rue, and Ralph Backstrom take on some AK chutes has been preserved.
Having pioneered a new way of mountain travel, we get to see our first glimpse of the err…deployment system for getting riders off the parachute and onto the peaks. You don’t want to come up short on that drop off, that’s for sure.
With their project Degrees North, a few weeks from dropping (we assume/hope), this is a nice little starter dish in preparation for the drop.
