The smell of a well-known place, that feeling of knowing every obstacle in your way, every hit on the hill, Home Trees is about that familiarity and the unique spirit you have when you’re tearing it up on your local mountain. Being with your friends in nature and getting inspired by the environment is an important part of what makes snowboarding such a fun way to spend your days.
Whether it’s splitboarding for untracked lines, digging out jumps in the middle of nowhere, riding natural terrain or mobbing your favourite tree runs, getting busy in your backyard is always epic and when it comes to filming it can certainly give you that home advantage in terms of stacking shots.
This past winter, Marc Grossgasteiger and his friends concentrated on filming in their homeland of Pustertal in South Tirol last season, stacked hard, and this right here is the result. From deep splitboard pow to springtime log jamming and in between, there’s a bunch of good stuff in this…

Home Trees is about going out and having a good time in the trees and nature, which is in a nutshell what we all love so much about snowboarding.
