Well, kinda. If you pause a lot, have a tooled up garage and a buncha man-skillz. But this dude made his own snow surfer at the Fyra Board Studio in Sweden, and we were hypnotised by the timelapse so wanted to share…
This is how a board is made at Fyra Board Studio.
It´s four layers of birch veneer, Entropy Super Sap, Flax and triaxial fiberglass mixed together.
The result is a 155 cm long board with a flat camber and a slightly tapered profile. Simple as that.
Perfect for the number one trick in the book; turning!
