Brandon Davis mixed it up at Mammoth Mountain the other day, adding a Jussi Oksanen style cab 180 butter to his backside double cork.
Thanks to guys like Jussi Oksanen , we're all familiar with the idea of buttering before leaving the lip but Brandon Davis, as far as we can tell, just took it up a notch and has become the first guy to successfully butter before going into a backside double cork. To top it all off the trick was put down with great style and was (excuse the terrible pun), as smooth as butter.
Could this trick revive the trend of buttering before the take-off of jumps? Either way, we're always hyped to see something new in snowboarding, so big props Brandon!
