THEY CAME FROM... is the first snowboard movie ever to be shot in both RED, HD and 3D! With the support from Sweet Protection, Atikin and DnB NOR, the movie be dropped for free all over the globe this fall as free-dvd insert in different magazines as well as a free online-download.

We'll be honest: this teaser is a rather dramatic affair - starting in the depths of space, it passes Jupiter and we get a glimpse of Uranus *snigger* before bomb-dropping into Factor Films' Scandinavian homestead to some stirring classical tune that makes you want to sprint up some stairs and pose like Rocky. "I like the dramatic ones," blurted Photo Ed Sami when we watched this one. Then some hammer tricks get teased, with a variety of double corks, big spins and solid jibs filmed in crystal clear HD from helicopters with some heavy nods to That's It, That's All. And, like all good snowboard movie teasers, it finishes up with some dudes eating bananas. We're not sure if it's tongue in cheek or straight up serious, but one thing's for sure - well, two - the riding and filming look like they're gonna be off the hook in this one. Not surprising as it comes from the guys who brought us Notes last year - if you missed it you can watch the full-length version of Notes here on Onboardsnowboarding.com. And their 07/08 effort Up In The Sky too.

Featuring some of the best riders in the world, with a focus on Scandinavia, the movie will show you riding in unique locations all over the planet, everything from rail slaughtering in the dark cold nights of Northern Norway to fresh pow in the Austrian Alps and amazing park riding in the states and on the Norwegian glaciers.

In the trailer you can see action from Eiki Helgason, Roger Kleivdal, Torstein Horgmo, Tore Holvik, Kareem El-Rafie, Andreas Wiig, Petter Kristiansen, Ståle Sandbech, Halldor Helgason, Sindre Iversen, Gjermund Braathen, Gulli Gudmundson and Stian Solberg, but this is faar from the full line-up that will be released later with a new mini-teaser.
