Catch the Moment Episodes with Terje and Nico Müller.

We’ve got some of Swatch’s rather sick Catch the Moment shorts featuring team riders Terje Haakonsen and Nicolas Müller to get your eyes involved in. Read their blurb then click play. Or just click play even.

Terje Haakonsen was the first superstar of his sport and is still the idol of the snowboard scene today. The 34-year-old is still active as a rider and has held the world record for the highest jump with a snowboard since 2007. But the Norwegian is also a man of character and a rider who shows initiative. Despite best chances to win the gold medal, he boycotted the Olympic Winter Games. And he was the co-founder of the Arctic Challenge taking place in Norway since 1999. Since 2002, this contest has been part of the “Ticket To Ride World Snowboard Tour“ which has also been co-founded by Haakonsen.

“Snowboarders all around the world have only one title for Nicolas Mueller: he’s the style master. “Catch the Moment“ accompanies the extremely ecology-aware rider around a remote Swiss resort for a week. Since 1997, the Swiss has won numerous contests and took part in countless snowboard movies. In 2007, he was elected “Rider of the Year”. Like no-one else, Mueller is the symbol for having fun on a snowboard: each obstacle, hill or cliff is a playground for him and his board. “Each second I’m on the snowboard is so much fun. I simply try to have a good time and give my best in the contests.””
