K2 Snowboards has a broad product range with everything from boards, boots and bindings to specific backcountry gear such as probes, poles and shovels. Their pro team now boasts such international talent as Gretchen Bleiler, Willie Luoma and Danny Larsen and they show just as much attention to top of the range freestyle boards as they do to innovative freeride splitboards.

First shown in the product preview is the new Team board complete with some really awesome graphics designed by team rider Danny Larsen. This twin tip stick features a unique nose and tail shape as well as K2’s Flatline technology. The rad looking board is going to be K2’s main freestyle machine, and rightly so.

The award winning Ufo boot is something special too with a special stitch-free Urethane heel which is super durable and can be adjusted for the perfect fit. It also features the Boa lacing system which adds to the amazing comfort and fit of this boot.

Next is the brand new National bindings which feature auto technology that enables the toe strap to tighten at the same as the main ankle strap – a great feature for saving just that little extra bit of time on the hill. The high back is also made of Urethane which allows a nice and flexible ride without omitting the necessary support.

Also on show is the Backside Collection which features K2’s new split board. This beast, equipped with K2 skins, is all you need for your next epic backcountry assault. There is also a large collection of backcountry extras such as shovels, probes and poles.I think it’s fair to say K2 has pretty much covered it all.
