The PF Motorola Jib battle 2006

Tryvann vinter park in Oslo, Norway, is excited to host the Jib Battle this year. They are set to create an intimate and spectacular slope for both riders and spectators which will also enable great photo and video coverage. 45 sick riders, 10 teams 9 countries, one winner!


Teams of five will be representing their respective countries for this year’s event. National teams will be attending from:

  • Norway (Captain Mikkel Bang)
  • Sweden (Captain Nicky Wieveg)
  • Iceland (Captain Eiki Helgasson)
  • Holland (Captain Roy Lansbergen)
  • Denmark (Captain Casper Pedersen)
  • Finland (Captain Fredu Sirvio)

Newcomers this year!

  • Austria (Captain Peter Konig)
  • England (Captain Tyler Chorlton)

The greatest riders from europe have been contacted and they are excited about the event since they are spending time in Scandinavia filming urban snowboarding during December and January. The date for this year’s Jib Battle is from the 8th to the 10th of December.
