If you couldn’t make it to the Londonderry Pop Festival last weekend to check out the worldwide premiere of Any Means, the Rome SDS, Kids on Shred Productions and Snowboarder Magazine are teaming up once again to give you another unique opportunity to see Rome’s new movie.

In Tijuana.

On Saturday September 8th, the Run For The Border Any Means premiere will go down during the ASR tradeshow in San Diego. Bjorn, Jesse, Jonaven, LNP and the rest of the Rome team will light up the backcountry, the Tahoe Flophouse, Quebec handrails and the Vermont countryside at El Torito on Revolucion, in the international city of Tijuana, Mexico. Free buses will leave the San Diego Convention Center at 9:30 pm.

Run For The Border is a non-VIP event. Just like the Londonderry Pop Festival, every snowboarder who wants to make the trek is welcome to come, watch the movie, and party. If you work in a shop, or if you’re a local shred at Bear or Mountain High, you’re just as welcome as “industry guy" hanging out at ASR. The free cerveza will be on a first-come, first served basis. Everyone can pose with the Mexican Zebra on the red-eye carpet.

Just plan to stash some money under the foot bed of your shoe, avoid the donkey show, and don’t hit on the locals.
