Movies, music and more on the menu as the Snowboard Garden Festival announces dates for its 2015 edition – October 15-17 at Palais des Sports, Grenoble.
October 15th / 16th / 17th – PALAIS DES SPORTS – GRENOBLE
The fifth incarnation of Snowboard Garden Festival takes place on the 15th, 16th and 17th October in the Palais des Sports, Grenoble, and revolves around the village and activity area, film screenings, and concerts.
Snowboard Garden Festival marks the start of the season in the heart of the Capital of the Alps bringing people together from all four corners of the snowboard world before winter officially kicks in. In 2015, we expect to reach 30.000 visitors over the 3 days.
A screening of a selection of the best snowboard productions the community has to offer takes place on the big screen. Riders and production crews from around the globe present their films and meet the Snow Garden audience. In addition to the biggest productions of the year, Snow Garden air both a selection of amateur films and a retrospective look at the evolution of snowboard over the last twenty years. There is a particular focus, this year, on para-snowboard with the showcasing of images and bringing in french athletes.

Twinned with the films and village activities is a programme of up to four daily music sets. Lining up next to young national talents and seasoned tourers, an emphasis is also put on local talent.

Around 40 stands from all walks of the snowboard community make up the Village and bring with them a glimpse into mountain lifestyle.
