In March 2010 Tracey Torres Bowes and Cab9 snowboard school organised the 1st “She Rides
Sessions” in Meribel. A day to get female skiers and snowboarders hitting the park, the day
included tuition and a mini shred comp to show off newly learnt tricks and skills. In 2013 Claire
Almond-Jones joined the organisation team.
6 years later and the event has grown & grown & grown, into what is now a highly anticipated
event in the seasonaires calendar with many local and international companies wanting to get
involved and support, plus as Sheride is an independent venture we value the support of small
independent brands who every year never fail to amaze us with their support.
New for 2016 is the La Plagne Sheride day, which is taking place on Wednesday 23rd March,
same fun different resort !
