[Scotty Lago and Antti Autti.]
The two old teammates will face off in a Europe vs US team video contest in Iceland from 24th March – 3rd April 2016…
The Iceland Winter Games (IWG) returns for its third year from 24th March – 3rd April 2016 with the addition of an Invitational Video Competition. Invitees for team Europe are Antti Autti (FIN) and Levi Luggen (SUI) who will be competing against team America’s shredders Scotty Lago (USA) and Greg Bretz (USA) in the beautiful Icelandic scenery. With names like that on the roster accompanied by talented lensmen of the likes of Teemu Lahtinen (FIN) and Richie Goodwin (USA) it is safe to assume footage will be epic. The event is based in Akureyri, the shred capital of Iceland, where the IWG will take the riders on an adventure across the wild land of fire and ice.
The teams will experience all that Iceland has to offer; from Heli riding on the Troll Peninsula, to dog-sled, cat and boat access terrain, while riding down volcanoes and less hectic mountains. The riders will also have open doors to enjoy the pristine park of Akureyri. Their 90-second clips will be open for public to vote on after the Games. Join the IWG Facebook page to be ready for the videos to be dropped.
We’re pumped to see what the teams can put together in an intensive week of riding and exploring!
