Spitzingsee in the Miesbach region is only 60 kilometers from Munich and THE spot to be for a breeze of freestyliciousity.

For the third year in a row the resort cooperates with Burton Snowboards to offer the best terrain park of the region. The park right beneath the Untere Firstalm features three kickers and two rails for your pleasure in snow heaven. If you're not the pro you want to become yet you can rent protection gear by RED to ensure you're stay healthy enough to come back next weekend.

But Spitzing isn't only for the park kids - you also have a big variety of blue to black slopes if you're more into cruising. And also backcountry lovers are welcome - the slope at the Rosskopf stays unprepared, so make sure you had there early on in the mornings to score some first line powder runs! And if it should be too crowded one day - jump on one of the shuttle busses that bring you to the small neighbour mountain Taubenstein, which is a true secret spot.
