Qualification event for the Billabong World Junior Pro on February 17th 2007 in Thyon, Switzerland

The Billabong World Junior Pro 2007 will take place from March 4-9th and this year it will be in Leysin, Switzerland for the first time. This event is part of the TTR tour and the official world championships for the juniors (under age of 20) in the slopestyle. The Billabong World Junior Pro and the qualification event (VonZipper Trials) addresses snowboard amateurs and pros, who are under age of 20 at the time the final of the Billabong World Junior Pro.

The qualification event (VonZipper Trials) for riders from Austria, Germany and Switzerland takes place on February 17th in Thyon in Switzerland. On 20,000 square metres, the ‘Central Park’ in Thyon offers two challenging kicker lines (pro and amateur) and a diverse rail line, the perfect premise for a first class qualification for the Billabong World Junior Pro 2007.

The winner from Thyon qualifies directly for the Billabong World Junior Pro 2007. There heĀ“ll meet the other winners of the worldwide qualification events as well as additional 16 invited riders to fight for the Junior Slopestyle World Title of the TTR series in March in Leysin.
