Jake Blauvelt’s Naturally
Jake Blauvelt’s eagerly anticipated movie, Naturally, is set to drop early next month, and could well set a new milestone in the world of big snowboard productions. Our French editor has talked to Jake and the people behind the movie to talk about superhuman lines and natural terrain freestyle.
Onboard Send-Off Session
At the tail end of last season, Onboard, Kitzsteinhorn, Monster Energy and Blue Tomato teamed up to create the second Send Off Session. In late April a caravan of pros, photogs, filmers, sponsors, and, of course, the Onboard crew set out for the freestyle-loving glacier resort. Read the in-depth report of a week of shredding, shooting, and chillaxation.
Jed Anderson Interview
Before reinventing himself as one of the best urban snowboarders in the world, Jed Anderson used to be a contest kid riding for Forum. He used to sing in a hardcore band. He is a sponsored skater, and a self-proclaimed social media addict. Most of all, however, he is an extremely individual personality, as our German editor discovered over a long phone conversation. We have printed the transcript.
Board Test 2013/14
Once again the Onboard crew made its annual pilgrimage to the Shops 1st Try in the fine Austrian resort of Venet to put over 50 brand new stunt sticks through their paces. Find out which one received the precious Onboard Seal of Approval!
And a lot more!
A gnarly 69-stair rail shoot, competitions, gallery, easy and not-so-easy kicker spin trickology, a chat with Antti Autti and tons more rad shred content!
