Men are from Mars and women are from Venus as the saying goes. We'd be inclined to agree as these women can send it to the interstellar (although hopefully not the 271 million kilometre that separate Earth with Venus. That'd just be scary).

It has been an absolutely incredible year for women's snowboarding. Sina Candrian's frontside 1080 in the Olympics in Sochi, Helen Schettini’s series with Adidas and the barrage of doubles we've seen from Anna Gasser, Katie Ormerod and a handful of other talented ladies.

In that vein, sit back and enjoy some super stylish riding from 10 of the best female snowboarders on the planet.

A late addition to the 2014 roster of season edits is Spencer O'Brien and Anna Gasser's 3:00 education in stylish snowboarding. We think this is a banger part from two ladies at the forefront of snowboarding, hence its inclusion into the list.

Their new joint edit pulls together all of their best shots from the past spring and summer, from sunset shots at Mt. Hood to follow cams at Ms. Superpark, and kicker shots in Anna’s Austrian backyard. With a slew of slow, stylish spins – from poked out 180s through to textbook 720s, we love everything about the way these two snowboard.

Marion Haerty, a 22 year old snowboarder from France, sent us this super well rounded edit back in April, documenting all of the best shots from her 2013/2014 season.

You may remember Marion from the edit we posted of hers from Colorado back in January or after watching here entry for the Nine Queens contest.

Marion’s season edit has it all: powder kicker hits, backcountry soul turns, some street footage and even a few lifestyle shots and we were hyped on it!

Charlotte van Gils, submitted this super rad video as part of her wildcard entry to the World Snowboard Tour Elite level tour.

Unfortunately, Charlotte didn't make the cut, but if she keeps riding like this on the International Tour, she should hopefully have a spot next year.

What can we say? A series of bolts 900′s, a huuuge 1080 to finish off the edit makes her (as far as we know), the third rider to have landed one after Swiss rider Sina Candrian and Katie Ormerod's backside double 1080.

Christy Prior is one of the top lady shreds out there, but after watching this edit, you wouldn't be far off calling her one of the most stylish riders out there. Period.

This New Zealand rider only began competing internationally two years ago and has already scored a podium couple times. Christy recently claimed the bronze medal position at the last Dew Tour in Breckenridge, and we're hoping to see her on the podium more in 2015.

Check out Helen Schettini’s full part for 2014 and watch one of the finest female backcountry riders on the planet send it!

Over the past couple of seasons, with the guidance of her friends out in Whistler, Helen Schettini has rapidly stepped up to a position at the helm of the ship leading the charge for women’s backcountry freestyle snowboarding.

Check out some all terrain crushing from Leanne Pelosi in her full Vision Airs part for 2014. Whether it’s street, big mountain lines or powder kickers, Leanne hits it all!

Leanne Pelosi is one of the most rounded female riders out there. Whether it’s hitting street rails in Sweden with the Too Hard girls or squashing pillows in the BC backcountry, Leanne has got both breadth and depth in her riding.

When she’s not sending it at the Olympics and almost killing herself, Sarka Pancochova is stomping super smooth kicker and rail tricks in parks across Europe and the U.S.

The Czech rider has been killing it on the slopestyle contest scene for the past few seasons and is getting better and better each year. Her season edit is a collection of inter-contest park shots and there are some bangers in here! From buttery gaps to boardslides to big floaty 540s and 720s, Sarka is clinical rider.

Austrian ripper Anna Gasser joined a highly exclusive club of female riders by stomping a BOLTS cab double at the Prime park in Stubai back in 2013.

Anna joined the double club in spectacular form opening up the edit with a sky scraping backside 540 before launching into her double. Now with a few competitions under her belt, we think we'll be seeing a lot more of Gasser in 2015.

Jacqueline Lammert’s 2013/2014 full part, filmed entirely on the streets of Michigan!

Jacqueline Lammert just sent us this full part back in September, put together after a busy winter grafting in the streets of Michigan. Jackie has put down some rad shots this winter and hit some down rails, a gnarly looking kink rail and some other more creative spots including a cool looking pipe feature which she double hand-drags at the end of this part.

Christy Prior returns for her second accolade of the list!

Her full part just dropped in November, combining all of her best shots from the season into one killer edit. There are really too many highlights to mention here so just sit back and watch a woman who is truly on top of her game right now.

The first place honours go to British rider Ms Katie Ormerod and her BOLTS backside double 1080, landed at Stubai back in May.

We'd been hearing rumblings and rumours of aforementioned trick, and those rumblings turned to tremors when the video first dropped. Apart from being the first woman to land a Back Double 10, it's made even more impressive that it's such a young rider.

A long and elusive career is there for the taking for young Ms Ormerod...
