Pirate Scandinavian Premiere Tour

Last week I was off to Oslo to meet up with Danny Larsen, Eirik Haugo and Andreas Moen. The pirate premiere tour had come to invade the, as Turbo Negro reffered to it, City of Satan.

We started off on Thursday with a skate video premiere. The party quickly got out of hand, especially as I realised that I knew the bartender from the snowboard acadamy in Malung. After too many beers and shots we went back home to Danny were I woke up with the worst hangover of the year! Good start! Danny was gonna show me Oslo, since I had never been there before but the rain and the post-drinking-disease kept us home. The evening came and we fired up for the party. The bar was a really nice one with two floors and an outside garden where they shot the pirate movie on one of the walls. The level of drunkness of the crowd was very high which ment a lot of cheering and screaming as the movie was shown.

The day after we packed ouselves and a couple of friends in the Whiteout bus and were off to Göteborg and the next pirate premiere. Patrik Lundin, former Nitro distributor and proffessional party pimp, hade chosed a big and fancy party location at the heart of Göteborg. It took off hard with a V.I.P meeting where drinks and snacks were served. Later we went to the real party, the basement, where Patrik had fixed us two bottles of Absolut Vodka Those went down really fast so Basti bought two new ones.

The Party turned out to be one of the funniest of the season. A lot thanks to all the great people that turned up. Martin, Chris, Basti, Björn, Danny, Moen, Eirik, a large part of the swedish snowboard scene and all the groupies.

My thanks to the crew and to Patrik for the party!

Music tip: Naglfar – Pariah (a swarm of plagues, sick song!)

I’ll be in touch from Japan soon!
