Online editor Sam Oetiker has been lurking at skateparks and snaking lift lines for the best part of 13 years and is currently finalising plans to make snowboarding the national sport of Uzbekistan (no no, seriously). After three winters spent instructing snowboarding, zeaching rails, tomahawking in powder and overshooting jumps in Whistler/Australia, Sam joined Whitelines Snowboard Mag in the UK before moving out to Munich (better beer + much closer to the mountains = winning) to write, shoot photos/videos and edit for Onboard.
