Over in the States, riders looking for a place on the US Olympic team have been battling it out in two halfpipe contests at Mammoth.
We won’t bore you with all the details seeing as we’re are a European mag and all, but in short, rider’s rider Danny Davis bossed the first one (with Shaun White sitting it out), while Shaun White put down a massive run in the second to win that one. He also unleashed his new trick – the cab 1440 double cork – and it’s pretty frickin’ nuts.
