Mike Basich is a living legend and y’all probably know as a living legend you gotta get somehow involved in the world of snowboarding or just do some weird shit. Well, Mike chose the latter!
He built his own cabin in the Sierra Mountains that has no bedroom, no bathroom-but a hot tub. He also built a Tow-rope to the house and now a Chairlift that goes 370 meters/1200 feet up his own personal mountain. That’s what we call a rider’s dream and Mike Basich is living it. What a boss!
Join Mike this season at Area-241 as he shows you what it’s like to own 40 acres, snowmobiles, a house and a chairlift in the middle of nowhere, for Flow’s “Chairlift Chronicles”.
