More Snowboarding >>
After a year off the Team Movie wagon, Rome jump back aboard with their anticipated follow up to No Correct Way.
The Shred Remains looks to pick up where NCW left off, by which we mean a banging mix of urban shred, backcountry gnarl and park riding that’ll have you hustling to strap in asap. Check it out.
Here’s what they’re spittin’:
Rome is making a movie. The team is hard at work on Rome’s third full-length film: The Shred Remains. So much goes into making a snowboard movie these days; there are so many adventures that go on behind the scenes that sometimes the making of the movie tends to be just as good a story as the final project.
Everyone involved in The Shred Remains has a lot of experience making snowboard films, so this time around we figured we’d let you in on the ride. This blog will be your ticket to a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the new Rome film. Wanna know where Lucas heads to when he’s cruising at Baker? How about what tunes MFR is rocking while she’s driving? Or how early the crew is leaving in the mornings, or how late they are returning? Curious just how many speeding tickets we get, what kinds of cameras we’re using, or how many flat tires and seized sleds we got? Wanna see funny photos from LNP, what new porn Eiki is checking out, or just where in the world Bjorn is? Wanna see some shred photos? We can’t promise you we’ll show you everything… hell, that’s what the final movie is for, but we can promise you an inside look at the life and times of the Rome crew while they do what they do best.
So tune in here, bookmark us, and get ready to go on a ride for the next year and a half as we chase snow around the globe to bring you The Shred Remains in September 2011. And to let you know we’re serious about letting you into our project, we decided to leak a little bit of footage to show you just what we’ve been up to. Welcome and we hope you enjoy!
