Throughout the upcoming Toronto Ski, Snowboard & Travel Show, attendees will have the opportunity to browse more than 200 winter sport exhibitors for the latest in equipment, fashion, resorts and travel advice, plus have the opportunity to meet some of snowboarding’s biggest names.

Throughout the upcoming show, some of snowboarding’s biggest names will be on hand to meet, greet and sign autographs. The Forum snowboard team will travel to the show, with appearances by J. P. Walker, Joni Malmi and Lauri Heiskari. They’ll be joined by the Nitro snowboard team featuring Mark Frank Montoya and Lukus Huffman. Mikey Rencz, J. F. Pelchat, Kale Stephens and Paavo Tikanen are with the Whiteout Films snowboard crew and are looking forward to the opportunity to spend some time with their fans.

The Toronto Ski, Snowboard & Travel Show takes place in the Automotive Building at Exhibition Place from October 12-15th:

Admission costs C$14 for adults, C$9 for juniors age six to 15, C$9 for seniors 60 and over. Children under six years are free when accompanied by an adult. A Family Pass covering two adults and two children costs C$35.

At the Toronto Ski, Snowboard & Travel Show, more than 200 winter sport exhibitors feature the latest in equipment, fashion, resorts and travel advice. In excess of 30,000 ski and snowboard enthusiasts come to see and purchase the latest equipment from retailers representing the major manufacturers. Skiers and snowboarders spend millions of dollars on equipment and arrange travel to virtually every corner of the earth to seek out winter adventures. More than 125 resorts in Canada, the USA and Europe are on hand to present ski and snowboard vacations.

Entertainment scheduled for this year’s show includes the Jeep Jib Jam, where athletes will launch themselves down an artificial snow-covered ramp and throw their best tricks to wow the crowds. The rails, designed to create various degrees of difficulty, will test the skills and mettle of each rider.

Incorporated in the Toronto Ski, Snowboard & Travel Show is one of the world’s largest ski and snowboard swaps, presented by the Canadian Ski Patrol System – Central Zone Ontario. Proceeds from the Swap help support ski patrol activities at resorts across Canada.
