At the Public Photoshoot & Coaching Day at the Snowpark Kitzsteinhorn on December 8, 2006, snowboarders and freeskiers will have the opportunity to be coached by professional athletes like local snowboard pro Björn Hartweger to improve their skills on kickers and rails. Having learnt their tricks, a professional photographer will take pictures of them and later offer the pictures to download for free on www.snowparkguide.com. In addition, the participants will have the occasion to learn the newest slopestyle moves at demo shows with top riders.
The Public Photoshoot & Coaching Day will kick off on December 8, 2006 at 10am: the meeting point with free enrollment can be found directly at the snowpark on the Kitzsteinhorn, Kaprun (AUT). At the Sonnenkar chairlift (2,450 to 2,600 m), this winter the new Central Park and Easy Park together will cover a 30,000 m2 area. The lines of the Easy Park and the Central Park with their 15 take-offs and nine rails will extend over the whole length of the Sonnenkar lift (600 m). The Kitzsteinhorn shapers are already putting up the Easy and Central Park, both will open after the next snowfalls. The Glacier Park at 3,000m has already been open since October.
One week later, all young shredders will get the next reason to visit the Kaprun mountain: On December 16 and 17, 2006, the Kitzsteinhorn offers 50% on the day ticket for young persons and children: young persons will only pay €13.50 for the day ticket and children €8.50.
