New International Team Manager at Protest

The winter season is already in full action and the snowboard fever is starting to make us all aware of it!

New team manager Jody Koenders

We at Protest can’t wait until the big dump hits the mountains so we can go shredding. Although the winter is in full progress we have just signed our former rider Jody Koenders to become the new international team manager. During last winter season our snowboarder Jody had a big crash during the The Artic Challenge in Oslo-Norway. His condition then was pretty serious, broken skull- bone, broken jaws, bruised ribs and on top of that a cerebral-membrane infection… just to mention a few. Jody is one of Benelux best snowboarders and is well known in the international game. We are happy to mention that he is fully recovered and we are even happier to tell you, that he is our team manager. He will be seen at a lot of events and competitions and will be scouting for talents for his rookie and All Star team.

He just recently signed a new snowboarder for the All-star team, the Swede Jonas Hagström.

New signing Jonas Hagström

Jonas is a known rider in the industry and a member of the Nitro snowboards family. He first set foot on a snowboard in 1991 and quickly there after he entered the Swedish snowboard school in Malung/Sweden. There he was thought the fine methods of snowboarding including 3-4 days of snowboarding a week.

Since then Jonas has been doing several competitions and demo’s, but is now putting his energy into getting nice shots in snowboard-movies and magazines. No doubt you’ll be seeing more of him this season.
