For all of you out there preparing to take the world by storm with an all new super-comp next season and you were unsure where to get started, don’t say we never do anything for ya.

The application process for snowboard events to join the Ticket To Ride (TTR) World Snowboard Tour Calendar 07/08 is now open as TTR publishes its revised Star Tier Event Guidelines and Event Application Process & Protocol for the upcoming season.
An event may feature a maximum of two TTR-recognized formats – Halfpipe, Quarterpipe, Slopestyle, Stadium Slopestyle and Big Air. Rail-only events are not recognized as an official TTR format. TTR star levels are broken down as follows with the guidelines

  • SIX(6)STAR Elite Pro
  • FIVE(5)STAR Pro
  • FOUR(4)STAR Pro-am
  • THREE(3)STAR Amateur
  • TWO(2)/ONE(1)STAR Rookie

TTR events may hold contests for men, women or both. A rider’s result at a TTR event will earn him or her TTR Ranking Points to add to their overall ranking score on the TTR Ranking List 07/08. Should an event’s application be successful, it will be placed on the Men’s/Women’s TTR World Snowboard Tour Calendars 07/08

Details of the new calendars will be confirmed via press release and downloadable on www.ttrworldtour.com as soon as possible.
