A young and very promissing company from Poland, called Contract Snowboards, which has launched this year, causes a lot of racket in certain circles. With their newly established team of Contract “killers” featuring Jakub “Kamel” Honcz and Diana Sadlowski from Poland, backed up by a really talented norseman – Martin Kalliola from Finland, they seem to be aiming very high. These riders present skill and persistence in riding, which is a perfect reflection of Contracts core ideas of board creation.
All of this, however, is not enough, as they also think about future generations of shredders – hence the SYS (Support Young Shredders) program, targeted at young riders with passion and talent for snowboarding. So far the team consists of 7 talented young people. And if you ask yourselves if it’s worth it, then you should have seen Adam “Mysza” Myszkowski get a standing
ovation after performing an outstanding frontflip during a competition on Kaunertal Opening.
Seems to be pretty clear, that with this attitude, sticking to the original ideas behind the brand, contract snowboards is to achieve a lot in the future. Plus we have a chance to see some really incredibble shredding performed by young people riding in contract colors.
