Protest have just dropped the second of their excellent ‘Stories from Here to There’ episodes, this time focusing on scandinavian rippers Jonas Hagström and Miikka Hast. Unlike the previous episode which looks at Ursina Haller’s journey to the Sochi Olympics, Jonas and Miikka’s adventure into deepest darkest Norway on the quest for powder is a whole different kettle of fish…
Watch the episode above and read on to see how you could win yourself a brand new Protest RESEARCH A snowboard jacket (in a size L).
All you have to do is watch the edit and let us know in the comments section below how many kilometres above the Arctic circle Jonas Hagström and Miikka Hast are. In a week’s time we’ll put all of the correct answers into a virtual hat and pick a winner at random. Good luck!
Here’s some more chat on the new episode:
In their first ‘Stories From Here To There’ episode of this winter, Miikka Hast and Jonas Hagström head way up north, 500 kilometres above the Arctic Circle to find their first powder of the season. In an area with no ski resorts, lifts, bars or shops the Protest team riders test their early season stamina.
The two Scandinavians take their splitboards for a hike into the darkness. Taking full advantage of the two to three hours of daylight, to ride the amazing powder in this Northern Norwegian region.
